“Whether lifelong locals, commuters, immigrants, or refugees, we each construct our own internal maps of the city based on the routes we take and the obstacles we overcome in the process.”
Please note that our upcoming Curatorial Walk-through (scheduled for Thursday, March 19) has been cancelled to help mitigate the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
About You Are Here
The idea behind You Are Here was to inspire contemporary artworks related to mapping of both physical space and emotional experience, resulting in an exhibition that was diverse, eye-opening, and inviting.
You Are Here: March 5 – April 3, 2020
Works for the exhibition were selected by curators Mary Wallace, Jordan Fee, Lisa Jefferies, and Joanna Wreakes – along with guest juror Matthew Brower.
